Here's a wonderful purple and cream cupcake tower we did for George in vanilla, chocolate and salted caramel with a sugarpaste topcake. We set everything up for the happy couple at the lovely Beaumont Estate, complete with a selection of lilies, roses and some fairy lights for good measure.

Guess what - it's competition time! This month to celebrate the launch of our new big cakes we're offering up a sweet, sweet 8" cake in any flavour you choose! What's more we'll deliver anywhere in our standard London area (or you can collect from us). To enter all you have to do is guess how many organic free-range eggs we used to make the 10,000 cupcake Cherry Tree mosaic last month. Thanks to everyone who entered last month's competition to win a cupcake decorating class for two, we had lots of guesses as to how many different types of sprinkles we have, and of course everyone was a winner in a way, as if you scanned your competition entry email carefully you'd have found a special code offering 20% off any class booking (*cough* april_comp139 *cough*). Ahem, sorry - just clearing my throat. Anyway, in another way Rose is the biggest winner, having correctly guessed that there were 256 different sprinkles in my stash at the time of writing.
