We only ever use the best ingredients available in all our cakes and cupcakes - we're big believers that you get out what you put in and though it may cost a little more the quality of the cakes speaks for itself. Where some commercial bakeries might skimp on quality or even (shudder) use a pre-mix, all our cupcakes are made using French Lescure butter (favoured among patisseries for its low water content and beautiful flavour), whole organic free range eggs, organic Doves Farm flour, Tate & Lyle fair-trade sugars and Callebaut chocolate and cocoa. They're freshly-baked from scratch each day in small batches and contain no artificial flavourings - our Lemon flavour uses natural organic lemons, our Strawberries & Cream flavour uses real strawberries and cream.

Allergens:
All our cupcakes contain egg, gluten and dairy except for our Gluten and Vegan/Egg-free varieties.
We'll always avoid using nuts or including nut-based flavours in your order if requested, but because we sometimes use nuts at the bakery we must warn that all our cupcakes may contain traces of nuts.

Gluten-free:
A great many of our flavours can be made to a different, gluten-free, recipe if required, though minimum order quantities do apply. Please contact us for more information.
