Orders should be placed at least 2 days in advance but we do tend to get very busy and the more notice we are given the more likely it is that we will be able to accommodate your order.
For larger orders and weddings it is best to confirm a booking as soon as you’re sure (we need a 30% deposit to confirm large orders with the remainder payable 4 weeks prior to the order date).
To place your order simply contact us with your order date, delivery/collection details and any other requirements. We’ll reply (usually within the hour) with a delivery quote and answers/advice to help with any questions you may have. Once you’re ready we can direct you to our online order page which will allow you to place and pay for the order with any major card. For larger orders we can also take payment by cheque or BACS.
Crumbs and Doilies is based in Wandsworth and we deliver within Central and South West London. You can also collect your order from our kitchens in Wandsworth Town or from our market stalls on the days they are open. Standard collection hours in Wandsworth are Mon-Fri 11am-6pm and Saturdays 9am-12pm.
For orders outside of London we can arrange delivery by private drivers anywhere in the UK, although the cost outside the M25 can be very high so this service is only really useful for larger orders. Exact courier costs vary depending on location so please contact us for a quote and more information.

We recommend allowing 1 big or 2 mini cupcakes per person. Our giant cupcakes will feed 12-14 people.
