Our Jellycat Rainbow Birthday Cake is four layers of sponge in your choice of Vanilla, Chocolate, Red Velvet, Raspberry Ripple or Sprinkle Vanilla, iced in ombre stripe Swiss Meringue buttercream with sugarpaste decoration to be a perfect recreation of the iconic Rainbow Cake Jellycat plushie.
