Huge thanks and ketchup-tainted high-fives to everyone who came along to Riverside Feast Battersea last week to sample some of our burger cakes alongside meaty offerings from London’s twelve top burgermeisters. We came equipped with two awesome cakey burgers – the Elvis and the Priscilla – as well as sugarcookie fries, yuzu ketchup and caramelised white chocolate dips, and we had a whale of a time.
