Since Day One we've been fanatical about baking, and we've stayed true to our roots ever since Jemma began Crumbs & Doilies way back in 2006. We only ever use the finest ingredients, and every one of our bakes is made to exacting standards by people who truly love to bake. We're obsessive about cake, and fanatical about customer service.
We never use frozen sponge or store our bakes - everything at Crumbs & Doilies is freshly baked. Whether it's a three tier wedding cake from our main bakery or a Choc Chip New York Cookie from C&D Soho everything we do is made on site on the day.
Great cakes are nothing without great customer service, and we pride ourselves on offering both. We have a dedicated team devoted to handling corporate orders and enquiries, so you'll always get quick service and we strive to go above and beyond for our corporate clients.
We offer in-house edible printing using vegetable inks and handmade sugarpaste plaques, so we can perfectly replicate your logo or brand on a cake, cupcake or brownie. We're also experts at colour matching and can colour the buttercream for your branded cakes and cupcakes to match hex codes, pantones and RALs.
Crumbs & Doilies only ever uses the finest ingredients available. All our butter is supplied by Lescure, our flour is organic from Doves Farm, our sugar is always from sugar cane and not beet, our eggs are organic and free range and we use Callebaut Chocolate and Cocoa in our bakes.
We make all our inclusions, such as caramels, curds, meringues, fruit goos, chocolate truffles and more fresh from scratch in house every day. There's rarely a moment when we're not caramelising white chocolate, or bubbling fresh raspberries, to ensure everything in our cakes and bakes is as good as it can be.
We pride ourselves on being able to offer customisations and bespoke options wherever possible to ensure your order is exactly as you want it. From custom decoration to edible printing if you've got something special in mind get in touch to see if we can help.
We offer an exceptional hand delivery service for all our Cakes and Cupcakes across London and within the M25, with each order travelling direct from our bakery to your door, and if you're in the UK we ship Brownies and Cookies overnight on the afternoon they're baked so they arrive fresh as can be.
We offer a full invoicing service and all our orders include an instantly generated VAT receipt link for your records.

How far in advance should I place my order for corporate events?
To ensure availability for your corporate cakes, cupcakes, brownies or cookies we recommend placing your order no less than 24-48 hours in advance. For larger or customised orders, it's best to contact us as early as possible to discuss your specific needs.
Can I customise my order with company logos or personalised designs?
Absolutely! We offer extensive customisation options including edible logos and personalised designs for our cakes, cupcakes, brownies, and cookies. Whether you need a specific colour match, logo, or custom message, our team can help bring your vision to life.
Can I get a VAT invoice for my order?
Yes, we provide full VAT invoicing for corporate orders; you'll find a pdf download link on your order confirmation email.
Can you deliver my order for an early morning event?
All our products are freshly-baked, so if you need to guarantee delivery for an early-morning event it's usually best to order fro delivery the day before - our bakes keep great stored in their boxes at room temperature.
What corporate bakes can I order in London/M25?
In London we can provide our full range of bakes for corporate events, including Cakes, Tiered Cakes, Cupcakes, Cookies and Brownies.
What corporate bakes can I order for Nationwide delivery?
Our New York Cookies and Brownies are available for delivery across the whole of the UK, and we specialise in multi-drop deliveries for gifting and corporate activations. Contact us for more information.

All our bakes are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, milk, eggs, soya, sesame, nuts, sulphites, and products from factories that handle peanuts. We cannot guarantee our bakes are free from these allergens.
