Can I personalise my chocolate cake with a message?
Absolutely! All our chocolate cakes can be personalised with a piped message of your choice. Just let us know what you’d like to say, and we’ll make it extra special.
How many people do your chocolate cakes serve?
Our Cakes are generous in size. For most events we would recommend:
- 6-inch cake | feeds approx. 12-14 people
- 7-inch cake | feeds approx 14-18 people8-inch cake | feeds approx. 22-24 people
- 9-inch cake | feeds approx 26-30 people
- 10-inch cake | feeds approx. 32-36 people
- 2-tiered cakes (8-inch & 6-inch) | feeds approx 40
- 3-tiered cakes (10-inch, 8-inch & 6-inch) | feeds approx 80
How far in advance should I place my order?
To ensure your cake is baked fresh and delivered on time, we recommend placing your order at least 48 hours in advance. For larger or custom orders, please contact us as early as possible, and if you have a cake emergency and need cake delivered sooner let us know and we’ll always do our best to help!
What areas do you deliver to in London?
We offer hand delivery across specific London areas. Simply provide your delivery address during checkout, and we'll take care of the rest. If you’re not covered by our delivery area you can always collect from us, either at our main bakery in Wandsworth or from our central London store in Soho.
How do I make special requests for my chocolate cake?
We love making your cake dreams come true! We offer personalised piping as standard which you can add when ordering online. For any special requests, please contact us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Are your chocolate cakes nut-free?
While we offer nut-free options, please be aware that all our cakes are made in a kitchen that handles nuts.
What is your cancellation or refund policy?
We understand that plans can change. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery for cancellations or changes. Because we bake to order we cannot guarantee a refund on cancelled orders but we will always do our best to help. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your order please contact us as soon as possible following delivery so we can assist.
Do you provide vegan cakes?
