Fabulous service delicious cake and delivered exactly when it was supposed to be 5*
Hands down the tastiest cake EVER! And a super easy ordering process. Staff upon collection were really helpful and lovely too, I can't wait for my next cake order!
Thanks so much for the beautiful cake and cupcakes! My daughter loved it and all the kids were mesmerised by the cake. It also tasted delicious and it wasn’t too sweet which is the usual problem when ordering online. This cake was perfect. Thanks again for making it special for our girl.
Delicious gluten free cupcakes. Would order again.
Amazing service as usual and the cupcakes always taste incredible - thank you C&D team! Shout out to Johnnie for always accommodating our crazy ideas !
When our lil girl was 2 turning 3 in Covid we were juggling full time work and nursery closure. The days were long and we made them longer by setting rules about screens etc like typical type A parents. Before nap time Clemmie and her dad would watch a Cupcake Jemma video to wind down and that was it. I think she has had a C&D cake every year since then. Always delicious and a slightly traumatic (for the parents) but happy reminder of the joy that watching someone do what they love gave a tiny lil toddler that has carried on to this day.
Thank you for a beautiful cake for our daughter’s first birthday. It was perfect.
Fantastic cake Flavour on the dot and the right sweetness Not to overwhelm sweet, just the flavour of the each ingredient separately. Thank you
Beautiful cake So Delicious Easy ordering online and excellent customer service and support . Would highly recommend.
Absolutely loved the cake . Thank you so much . Very moist and it tasted delicious.
Thank you for sweetening our lives in special moments♥️
Very tasty cupcakes! Kind of small though, we should have ordered more!
Our vintage cake was sensational and we loved our photo cupcakes - also really appreciated the team’s responsiveness to our queries. Would definitely recommend and use again.
This chocolate cake was absolute perfection. The ordering process was easy. The cake itself was absolutely delicious. All of our guests asked where I got it from. It went way further than estimated and was still fresh when we were enjoying it nearly a week later!
Beautiful cake - sponge was perfectly moist and the icing was balanced and not too sweet. Just waiting for my next occasion (excuse) to order from C&D!
We were celebrating my daughter’s 10th birthday, and she had her heart set on a pink cake, so we decided to go for the Pretty in Pink cake. I believe this is probably my 10th or 11th cake from C&D, and they continue to impress every time. Their cakes are always moist, full of flavour and beautifully decorated, which is why I continue to be a repeat customer. They will always be my go to bakery for every occasion!
We thought the cakes were lovely but the butter cream tasted of nothing. We were disappointed that we were not allowed an assortment of flavours as not everyone likes the same kind of cake. For £70+ for 12 cupcakes you would think this could be accommodated. The cakes were good fun.
The ordering process was super easy with Johnnie, who was lovely and talked me through what designs/colours were possible. The cake was vegan red velvet and tasted absolutely divine!!! Thank you again team for delivering this so quickly and so making such a gorgeous cake xxx
Great for a treat after Iftar they were so pretty as well. Variety of flavours also. Very happy with them!
Simply fabulous! Loved how it looked and it tasted divine! Thoroughly recommend. Pick up from Wandsworth bakery location was easy peasy!
Waited a long time to buy these books and it was still worth the wait, I will always cherish Jemma’s recipes.
The cupcakes were perfectly what we wanted and enjoyed by all!
Huge thanks to the team at Crumbs & Doilies! We ordered branded brownies and mini cupcakes for an ITV event, and they were a huge hit. The branding looked sharp and the taste was 10/10. What really stood out was how easy the whole process was. Ordering was simple, and the delivery experience was stress free thanks to a driver who kept us updated the whole way. It’s rare to find a bakery that nails both the aesthetics and the customer service so perfectly! Thank you.
My friend loves it so much!!! The picture was clear and the cupcakes were delicious!!! I definitely recommend!!
Great cake. Just as advertised. Picture excellent. Delivered bang on time in sturdy box. All good thank you
These were perfect for our baby shower - thank you!
The cake was absolutely delicious. The staff were so friendly and they were all super. Thank you for baking this a great experience .
Cake tasted and looked incredible!
Never eaten a vegan cake before and ordered due to my son’s allergies! We were all blown away. It was just the most delicious cake and truely you would have never known! Incredible
The team were great - very responsive and very easy to communicate with. Cake was sensational and everyone loved it!
Very beautiful, very delicious!
Lovely cake in looks and taste. Great experience overall. Thank you!
Tasted as good as it looked! Exactly what we wanted, thank you C&D!
Everything was great, the cake was super tasty!
Perfect in every way, super soft and deliciously squidgy, in all the right forms.. the pictures were a triumph.. and my experience in store collecting them was as with everything here ..ace. Professional friendly and courteous.. Long may this carry on as a beacon of independent shops and businesses
A very delicious cake. A perfect way to satisfy the cravings of a chocokate obsessed 18 year old on her birthday!
I was nervous about ordering a cake instead of baking it myself but this cake was wonderful. It was decorated beautifully and perfectly. The sponge was soft and fresh. The icing was delicious. The sponge to buttercream ratio is very high so those without a sweet tooth may find it too heavy. I would order again!
Excellent brownie quality, fudgey soft middle, crunchy exterior, SUPER value for money and excellent delivery/updates. I always order this for parties and just dress them up a bit. Will definitely be ordering again in 2026.
The cake was perfect. Amazing design. Perfect in terms of sweetness for the sponge, not too sweet yet having a great balance. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. Thanks team.
