We were very excited to be given the chance to produce some custom Wizard of Oz cupcakes for the lovely ladies over at Urban Decay last weekend. Spurred on by a soundtrack of Judy Garland and the promise of some freebie makeup the girls went to work and turned out these beauties, featuring custom slippers, yellow brick road and even the Emerald City!
