Note: We do not take orders in our Soho shop, however you pre-order online for collection or can buy cupcakes, cookies and brownies in-store on the day!
We need 1 working day's notice for all personalised cakes, but 2-5 days notice is recommended if possible. If you have left it late to order a personalised cake, give us a call and we'll do our best to help!
We have plenty of options for our personalised cakes. Our Edible Images are available on whole cakes, cupcakes and brownies, and can be added to most of our cakes. You’re also welcome to build your own bespoke cake and add an edible image.
We also can also personalise a cake with a piped message of your choice.
Yes- we also offer the option to include a gift card with your delivery - simply add the message at checkout. This won't be shown in your email confirmation so if you have any concerns or questions, please reach out to our Customer Service team who will be happy to confirm your gift message.
We understand things change so please reach out to us as soon as possible if there are any changes. We will do our best to accommodate any changes depending on the stage of preparation.
Edible image printing is included in the cost of your cake.
We print our edible image toppers in house using vegetable based inks on cornstarch paper. We then mount them to sugarpaste discs to provide a more solid backing and premium appearence.
All images should be in JPG or PNG format and should be as high-resolution as possible (min.1000px recommended).
All of our edible images are cropped and cut in circles to fit your chosen cake. On request we can cut the edibles in squares or rectangles.
We provide hand delivery for our personalised cakes across London and within the M25, ensuring your cake arrives fresh and beautifully presented. You can also choose to collect your personalised cake from our Wandsworth HQ or our Soho shop.You’ll be able to provide your delivery address during checkout to see if you are covered by our delivery area.
All our bakes are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, milk, eggs, soya, sesame, nuts, sulphites, and products from factories that handle peanuts. We cannot guarantee our bakes are free from these allergens.
