Our expert bakers and decorators will handle the rest: baking, decorating, stacking and delivering your perfect tiered cake all in the space of less than 24 hours.
Because they're baked to order, iced with care and contain nothing but the best ingredients, you can be sure you and your guests will be wowed by the look and the taste of your cake. We hand deliver all our tiered cakes in London and within the M25, or you can collect up to a day ahead from our bakeries in Wandsworth or Soho. How do I order a tiered cake?
You can order online, by email, or over the phone for all our tiered cakes.
How far in advance should I order a tiered cake?
We recommend 3+ working days' notice for our tired cakes but we do tend to get booked up especially at weekends so it's always worth ordering further ahead if possible.
If you've left it late give us a ring on 020 8874 8885 – we’ll do our best to help! Our Soho shop also sells a variety of bakes over the counter every day.
Can you accommodate last-minute requests?
We get quite booked up for tiered cakes but we will always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests and orders. Please contact us to discuss your needs, and we will try to assist you depending on our current schedule and availability.
Can I customise my tired cake?
Absolutely! We can add edible images on our tiered cakes. We can also offer some bespoke elements for you, please get in touch to find out more.
Does my tiered cake come assembled?
Yes - all our tiered cakes come fully stacked, decorated and assembled.
How do you stack your tiered cakes?
Our 2 and 3 tiered cakes come with internal supports to help ensure they stay upright and stacked.
Can I order two/three cakes and stack them myself?
Our solo cakes do not feature any supports, and so if you need a tiered cake it is best to order one so that we can bake and build it for you with all the necessary supports to ensure it stays standing and arrives in one piece.
Can I order a tiered cake for a themed event?
Yes, we can create tiered cakes to match any theme or special occasion. Whether it's a wedding, birthday, anniversary, or corporate event, we will design a cake that fits perfectly with your event's theme.
How should I store my tiered cake if it arrives before the event?
We recommend storing your tiered cake in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.If your cake arrives the day before the event, it can be refrigerated and taken out 2-3 hours before serving to allow it to reach room temperature.
What delivery options are available for tiered cakes?
We provide hand delivery for our tiered cakes across London and within the M25, ensuring your cake arrives fresh and beautifully presented. You can also choose to collect your tiered cake from our Wandsworth HQ or our Soho shop.You’ll be able to provide your delivery address during checkout to see if you are covered by our delivery area.
How do you ensure the safe transport of tiered cakes?
Our delivery team is trained to handle and transport tiered cakes with the utmost care. We use specialised packaging to ensure that your cake arrives in perfect condition. If you're collecting your tiered cake we will ensure it is packaged securely for the journey.
Allergens
All our bakes are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, milk, eggs, soya, sesame, nuts, sulphites, and products from factories that handle peanuts. We cannot guarantee our bakes are free from these allergens.

Do you offer tiered for corporate events?
