The cake was exactly what I wanted for our son. The service was super friendly, I had forgotten a little something and was called so nicely and everything went really well. The cake tasted fantastic, it was not too sweet, moist and went down very well with all our guests. I can only warmly recommend the Crumbs and Doilies team and will be happy to come back to you for our next celebration. Good luck with your business. You did a wonderful job.

We travelled to 🇬🇾Guyana, South America, for Ebony-Diamond's 7th birthday. We really wanted the children tobsee this amazing cake and taste it too🎉
I cannot recommend Crumbs & Doilies enough! The team was very communicative and helpful, which was much appreciated since I was traveling from abroad and delivery required some coordination. The cake was both beautiful and delicious. 10/10 experience.

The cake itself was good but the icing was too sweet and the smarties didn't spill out of the cake in the way I thought they would.

The only thing about the cake is that the smarties didn’t really fall out. Not sure why. But the cake was delicious and I had a really happy child. Also noting that I had a problem paying online but the person who helped me on the phone was so kind and made sure my order went through even though we went past the cut off time. I will be ordering again. Thanks

Since Day One we've been fanatical about baking, and we've stayed true to our roots ever since Jemma began Crumbs & Doilies way back in 2006. We only ever use the finest ingredients, and every one of our bakes is made to exacting standards by people who truly love to bake. We're obsessive about cake, and fanatical about customer service.
We never use frozen sponge or store our bakes - everything at Crumbs & Doilies is freshly baked. Whether it's a three tier wedding cake from our main bakery or a Choc Chip New York Cookie from C&D Soho everything we do is made on site on the day.
Great cakes are nothing without great customer service, and we pride ourselves on having a team that goes above and beyond. We're always available over phone and email to help arrange or amend orders, and we love to talk cake.
Crumbs & Doilies only ever uses the finest ingredients available. All our butter is supplied by Lescure, our flour is organic from Doves Farm, our sugar is always from sugar cane and not beet, our eggs are organic and free range and we use Callebaut Chocolate and Cocoa in our bakes.
We make all our inclusions, such as caramels, curds, meringues, fruit goos, chocolate truffles and more fresh from scratch in house every day. There's rarely a moment when we're not caramelising white chocolate, or bubbling fresh raspberries, to ensure everything in our cakes and bakes is as good as it can be.
We pride ourselves on being able to offer customisations and bespoke options wherever possible to ensure your order is exactly as you want it. From custom decoration to edible printing if you've got something special in mind get in touch to see if we can help.
We offer an exceptional hand delivery service for all our Cakes and Cupcakes across London and within the M25, with each order travelling direct from our bakery to your door, and if you're in the UK we ship Brownies and Cookies overnight on the afternoon they're baked so they arrive fresh as can be.
