All our Classic Cakes are baked, iced and decorated with the same love, care, expertise and incredible ingredients as our celebration cakes, making them a perfect centrepiece for your party, birthday or just because!

Crumbs & Doilies Classic Cakes are available to order with 48hrs notice for hand delivery within London or collection from us in Wandsworth or Soho. If you've left it late and need a cake with less notice please contact us and we'll do very our best to help.

What's the difference between Crumbs & Doilies Classic cakes and Celebration cakes?

Our Classic range of cakes is our simplest cake offering, with Classic flavours and simple decoration. They use the same great ingredients and are made with the same level of care and attention to detail as our other cakes.

How can I order one of the Classic Cakes?

You can order online, by email, or over the phone.

Note: We do not take orders in our Soho shop, however you pre-order online for collection or can buy cupcakes, cookies and brownies in-store on the day

Can I order a last minute classic cake?

We need 1 working day's notice for all classic cakes, but if you have left it late to order give us a call and we'll do our best to help!

Can I customise my classic cake?

Absolutely! All of our classic cakes can be personalised with a piped message of your choice. Let us know what you’d like it to say and we’ll take care of the rest.

Do you offer Gift Cards?

You can include a gift card with your delivery - simply add the message at checkout. This won't be shown in your email confirmation so if you have any concerns or questions, please reach out to our Customer Service team who will be happy to confirm your gift message.

Can I buy candles to go on my Cake?

Yes! Simply add some of our candles to your cart and we'll deliver them with your cake.

Can I cancel/amend my cake order once it's placed?

We understand things change so please reach out to us as soon as possible if there are any changes. We will do our best to accommodate any changes depending on the stage of preparation.

What delivery options are available for classic cakes?

We provide hand delivery for classic cakes across London and within the M25, ensuring your cake arrives fresh and beautifully presented. You can also choose to collect your celebration cake from our Wandsworth HQ or our Soho shop.You’ll be able to provide your delivery address during checkout to see if you are covered by our delivery area.

Can I order a cake for collection in London?

Yes - we offer hand delivery in London, but you can also come and pick your cake up from the Crumbs & Doilies cake shop in Soho or our main bakery in Wandsworth.

What sizes are your classic cakes?

All of our classic cakes come in 6”, 8” or 10” sizes and are built with 4 layers of sponge.

How many people do your classic cakes feed?

6-inch cake | feeds approx. 12-14 people8-inch cake | feeds approx. 22-24 people10-inch cake | feeds approx. 32-36 people
