How do I order personalised cupcakes?

Personalised cupcakes can be ordered online, by email, or over the phone.

Note: We do not take orders in our Soho shop, however you pre-order online for collection or can buy cupcakes, cookies and brownies in-store on the day!

How much notice do you need for cupcakes with edible photos?

We need 1 working days' notice for our personalised cupcakes but we do tend to get booked up especially at weekends so it's always worth ordering further ahead if possible.

If you've left it late give us a ring on 020 8874 8885 – we’ll do our best to help! Our Soho shop also sells a variety of bakes over the counter every day.

Can I add multiple images or designs to a single order of personalised cupcakes?

Yes, you can add a maximum of 6 images or designs to a single order. Whether you want a variety of photos, logos, or themed images, we can accommodate your request to make your cupcakes truly unique. We can add an additional 6 images to an order for a bespoke fee, please reach out to our Customer Service team.

What file format should I use for submitting images for my personalised cupcakes?

We recommend submitting your images in high-resolution JPEG or PNG formats to ensure the best quality prints on your cupcakes.

Is there flexibility to make changes to my personalised cupcakes order once it’s been placed?

We understand things change so please reach out to us as soon as possible if there are any changes. We will do our best to accommodate any changes depending on the stage of preparation.

Can I buy personalised cupcakes from your Soho shop?

Our Soho shop does not sell any personalised cupcakes, however personalised cupcakes are available to be ordered online and for collection from our Soho shop.

What delivery options are available for photo cupcakes?

We provide hand delivery for our personalised cupcakes across London and within the M25, ensuring your cupcakes arrive fresh and beautifully presented. You can also choose to collect your personalised cupcakes from our Wandsworth HQ or our Soho shop.You’ll be able to provide your delivery address during checkout to see if you are covered by our delivery area.

How do you ensure the safe transportation of personalised cupcakes?

Our delivery team is trained to handle and transport personalised cupcakes with the utmost care. We use specialised packaging to ensure that your cake arrives in perfect condition.

Can I order cupcakes for collection?

Yes - Cupcake orders can be placed for collection from our bakery in Wandsworth or our shop in Soho.

How do you print your edible images?

We print our edible images using vegetable based inks on cornstarch paper, and mount them onto sugarpaste.

Allergens & ingredients

All our bakes are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, milk, eggs, soya, sesame, nuts, sulphites, and products from factories that handle peanuts. We cannot guarantee our bakes are free from these allergens.
