How do I order a personalised cake?
You can order online, by email, or over the phone.
Note: We do not take orders in our Soho shop, however you pre-order online for collection or can buy cupcakes, cookies and brownies in-store on the day!
When should I order my personalised cake?
We need 1 working day's notice for all personalised cakes, but 2-5 days notice is recommended if possible. If you have left it late to order a personalised cake, give us a call and we'll do our best to help!
What kind of personalised cakes do you offer?
We have plenty of options for our personalised cakes. Our Edible Images are available on whole cakes, cupcakes and brownies, and can be added to most of our cakes. You’re also welcome to build your own bespoke cake and add an edible image.
We also can also personalise a cake with a piped message of your choice.
Can I include a gift card/message with my delivery?
Yes- we also offer the option to include a gift card with your delivery - simply add the message at checkout. This won't be shown in your email confirmation so if you have any concerns or questions, please reach out to our Customer Service team who will be happy to confirm your gift message.
Is there flexibility to make changes to my personalised cake order once it’s been placed?
We understand things change so please reach out to us as soon as possible if there are any changes. We will do our best to accommodate any changes depending on the stage of preparation.
How much do the edible printed images cost?
Edible image printing is included in the cost of your cake.
What are edible images made of?
We print our edible image toppers in house using vegetable based inks on cornstarch paper. We then mount them to sugarpaste discs to provide a more solid backing and premium appearence.
What format should I provide my images in?
All images should be in JPG or PNG format and should be as high-resolution as possible (min.1000px recommended).
What shape will my edible image be cut to?
All of our edible images are cropped and cut in circles to fit your chosen cake. On request we can cut the edibles in squares or rectangles.
What delivery options are available for photo cakes in London?
We provide hand delivery for our personalised cakes across London and within the M25, ensuring your cake arrives fresh and beautifully presented. You can also choose to collect your personalised cake from our Wandsworth HQ or our Soho shop.You’ll be able to provide your delivery address during checkout to see if you are covered by our delivery area.
Allergens & ingredients
All our bakes are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, milk, eggs, soya, sesame, nuts, sulphites, and products from factories that handle peanuts. We cannot guarantee our bakes are free from these allergens.

All of our personalised cakes come in 6”, 8” and 10” and are built with 4 layers.
How many people do photo cakes feed?

Our dedicated delivery team handles each cake with the utmost care, transporting it safely to your door or venue. We understand the importance of timely delivery, especially for significant events, so you can count on us to be punctual and professional.
With our personalised cake delivery service, you can enjoy the convenience of having your bespoke cake brought directly to you, eliminating the stress of transportation. No matter the occasion, we guarantee your cake will arrive in perfect condition, ready to impress your guests.
For optimal freshness, cake orders should be placed at least 48 hours before delivery. In addition to our delivery service, you also have the option to collect your personalised cake from our Soho shop or Wandsworth bakery.
