You can order online, by email, or over the phone.

Note: We don’t take pre-orders at our Soho Shop, but you can buy cupcakes, cookies, and brownies in-store!

We need 1 working days' notice for cakes, cupcakes and brownies, but we do tend to get booked up especially at weekends so it's always worth ordering further ahead if possible.

Cookies are available to order for next day delivery up to 10am the day before.

If you've left it late give us a ring on 020 8874 8885 – we’ll do our best to help! Our Soho shop also sells a variety of bakes over the counter every day.

Yes – you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Order Number (CR*****) and a downloadable PDF invoice. Didn’t receive it? Contact our Customer Service team and we'll arrange for it to be re-sent.

We'l always do our best to accommodate changes; please reach out to us on email or on 0208 874 8885 so we can help you.

If you need to change the date or details of your order or cancel it altogether please contact us as far in advance as possible. Orders cancelled 7 days or more before the delivery/collection date will receive a full refund on the order total; those cancelled within 2-6 days of delivery/collection will be entitled to a 50% refund; those cancelled within 48 hours of the order date will not be entitled to a refund (although refunds and credit notes may still be provided at C&D's discretion).

We offer a hand delivery service in London for our cakes and cupcakes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We also offer direct courier hand delivery within the M25.

Our New York Cookies and Brownies are available for DPD Next Day Shipping anywhere in the UK.

Yes! You’ll receive tracking details on the day of delivery from our hand delivery team or third-party couriers.

Yes – give us as much notice as possible!
London deliveries: Contact the driver via tracking

DPD deliveries: Use the DPD app to update details (change address, leave with neighbour, safe place, etc.)

Yes – you can send a friend or arrange your own courier; please make sure they have the order number or confirmation email.

Please note: we’re not liable for any damage in transit from customer couriers.

All our bakes are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, milk, eggs, soya, sesame, nuts, sulphites, and products from factories that handle peanuts. We cannot guarantee our bakes are free from these allergens.

Because we work with products containing gluten in our bakery we do not offer gluten free cakes to order (sorry!).

We do offer wheat-free bakes at our Shop in Soho, but again please note these are made in a kitchen where flour is present.

Yes! We have a selection of Vegan and Plant based cakes, cupcakes and cookies available to order, and we always have at least one plant based variety on offer in our Soho shop.

Cakes: Store in a cool place away from sunlight. If storing overnight, refrigerate and bring to room temp 3 hours before serving.

Cupcakes: Keep in an airtight container at room temperature. Don’t refrigerate – it can dry out the sponge!

Cookies & Brownies: Store in a sealed container in a cool place.

Cakes: Best on the day of or day after delivery

Cupcakes: Fresh for 1–2 days

Cookies: Fresh for 5 days (with storage instructions in the box)

Brownies: Best within 4 days

Our Cakes are generously proportioned. As a guide we recommend the following:
6-inch cake | feeds approx. 12-14 people
8-inch cake | feeds approx. 22-24 people
10-inch cake | feeds approx. 32-36 people

2-tiered cakes (8-inch & 6-inch) | feeds approx 40
3-tiered cakes (10-inch, 8-inch & 6-inch) | feeds approx 80

Big Cupcakes | Standard cupcake size, approx 2.5 inches
Mini Cupcakes | approx 1.5 inches
Brownies | Selection box brownie portions are approx 2 inches square and 1.5 inches tall
NY Cookies | Approx 3.5 inches across

We don’t offer formal tastings, but you’re welcome to visit our Soho shop or order a box of cupcakes online to try our bakes ahead of your big day.

Edible toppers are included in the price of your cake, cupcake, or brownie. See our Edible printing page for all the prices.

High quality JPG or PNG files are recommended. We can also work with EPS or PDFs.

We crop all images into circles – avoid placing important details near the edges.

White logos won’t show up well – the edible paper is also white.

We cannot print metallic or neon colours.

For customers providing book cover images, we preserve the original design and print the logos within rectangular frames.

We use vegetable-based inks for our edible printing on cakes, cupcakes and brownies. Colours may vary slightly from your original artwork.

Yes - we sell electronic gift cards which you can load up and use either online or in-store (or both!).

You can also buy gift voucher coins for 1x or 6x bakes for use at C&D Soho.

No - you can use them any time.

No - any remaining balance on your card can be kept to use online or in-store another time.

We are card-only for payments at C&D Soho.

We only take orders online via our website or over the phone in advance, but you can order to pick up from the shop.

Yes! We have a range of merch including our recipe book, candles, and more.

Yes – discounts apply to large orders of cupcakes, cookies, and brownies. Just ask via email.

We can’t guarantee delivery slots, but we’ll always try our best to help ensure your order arrives when you need it. If you have a very tight window it's always best to contact us prior to ordering.

Early morning event? We recommend ordering for the day before to be safe.

Yes – you can provide a hex code or Pantone and we’ll get as close as possible (note: dark colours may vary slightly).
