We thought the cakes were lovely but the butter cream tasted of nothing. We were disappointed that we were not allowed an assortment of flavours as not everyone likes the same kind of cake. For £70+ for 12 cupcakes you would think this could be accommodated. The cakes were good fun.

A really beautiful and sentimental experience. My friend who never eats sweet things finished the cupcakes - to my dismay, when i wasnt looking. Absolutely delicious!

Wonderful cupcakes, tasted and looked amazing
Everything was great! The pictures on the cupcakes were better than we expected and the birthday boy loved them! The cupcakes were fresh and super delicious :)
The cake both looked amazing and tasted amazing, and the cupcakes were divine too! We had so many compliments on the cake, everyone raved about the bueno flavour being a revelation.
Everything showed up when it was supposed to and the communications was really good from get go, even before the order. Thanks for everything. Only bit of feedback would be that the printed picture seemed to be on the dark side and the cupcakes were a bit too sweet for my liking. But that's just nitpicking.

I ordered a dozen personalised mini cupcakes for my friend's birthday and they were absolutely magnificent. The cakes were delicious and my friend loved the photos. I have now requested the same for my 50th next year. What really stood out though was lovely Becs at Crumbs and Doilies who helped me with my order (I had messed up the images) and even let me change one of the photos at short notice. What an absolute gem. A huge big thank you for making me and my friend really happy.

Loved these cupcakes. The pictures were clear and the flavours were yummy. My only issue is that they really are tiny (practically bitesize), which is fine if that's what you are expecting but I thought they would be slightly bigger.

We only ever use the finest ingredients, and every one of our bakes is made to exacting standards by people who truly love to bake. We're obsessive about cake, and fanatical about customer service.
We never use frozen sponge or store our bakes - everything at Crumbs & Doilies is freshly baked. Whether it's a three tier wedding cake from our main bakery or a Choc Chip New York Cookie from C&D Soho everything we do is made on site on the day.

Crumbs & Doilies only ever uses the finest ingredients available. All our butter is supplied by Lescure, our flour is organic from Doves Farm, our sugar is always from sugar cane and not beet, our eggs are organic and free range and we use Callebaut Chocolate and Cocoa in our bakes.
We make all our inclusions, such as caramels, curds, meringues, fruit goos, chocolate truffles and more fresh from scratch in house every day. There's rarely a moment when we're not caramelising white chocolate, or bubbling fresh raspberries, to ensure everything in our cakes and bakes is as good as it can be.
We pride ourselves on being able to offer customisations and bespoke options wherever possible to ensure your order is exactly as you want it. From custom decoration to edible printing if you've got something special in mind get in touch to see if we can help.
We offer an exceptional hand delivery service for all our Cakes and Cupcakes across London and within the M25, with each order travelling direct from our bakery to your door, and if you're in the UK we ship Brownies and Cookies overnight on the afternoon they're baked so they arrive fresh as can be.
