I placed an order from Australia to gift my daughter some cupcakes to celebrate her birthday. Friendly emails from staff, prompt service and the cupcakes were delicious my daughter said.

This is the second time experiencing your delicious bakes. Really amazing. I also made a mistake on the order and the address got muddled. This was sorted with a quick email and the cakes were delivered on time to the right address. Definitely going to order again. Thank you x

Perfects so many years, but always perfect

Luscious cupcakes! Picked up my first order from the Soho branch for Red Velvet cupcakes to say farewell and Thank you to my work colleagues. These went down a treat, tasty and moist, but I found the topping a tad too sweet and I have a sweet tooth, but the dozen where all gone pretty quickly😋 I found the staff helpful and I liked the quality control checking of my order when I got there and thank you for the Crumbs and Doilies bag as this came in handy to carry my leaving gifts. Thank you also to the young lady who took my call to give directions. Would defo recommend💯

EVERYTHING Freshly Baked
We never use frozen sponge or store our bakes - everything at Crumbs & Doilies is freshly baked. Whether it's a three tier wedding cake from our main bakery or a Choc Chip New York Cookie from C&D Soho everything we do is made on site on the day.

Great cakes are nothing without great customer service, and we pride ourselves on having a team that goes above and beyond. We're always available over phone and email to help arrange or amend orders, and we love to talk cake.
The finest ingredients available
Crumbs & Doilies only ever uses the finest ingredients available. All our butter is supplied by Lescure, our flour is organic from Doves Farm, our sugar is always from sugar cane and not beet, our eggs are organic and free range and we use Callebaut Chocolate and Cocoa in our bakes.
All additions and inclusions made in house
We make all our inclusions, such as caramels, curds, meringues, fruit goos, chocolate truffles and more fresh from scratch in house every day. There's rarely a moment when we're not caramelising white chocolate, or bubbling fresh raspberries, to ensure everything in our cakes and bakes is as good as it can be.

We offer an exceptional hand delivery service for all our Cakes and Cupcakes across London and within the M25, with each order travelling direct from our bakery to your door, and if you're in the UK we ship Brownies and Cookies overnight on the afternoon they're baked so they arrive fresh as can be.
