Our Soho menu changes every week and we always have a selection of freshly baked cupcakes to choose from individually and in boxes of 6 and 12.
You can also order any of the cupcakes on our website in multiples of 12 for collection from the shop.

How do I order cupcakes?

You can order cupcakes online, by email, or over the phone.

Note: We do not take orders in our Soho shop, however you pre-order online for collection or can buy cupcakes, cookies and brownies in-store on the day!

How far in advance should I place my order?

To ensure your cupcakes are freshly baked and delivered on time, we recommend placing your order at least 24-48 hours in advance. For larger or custom orders, please reach out to us as early as possible to discuss your needs.

Can I customise my cupcakes with a special message or design?

Absolutely! We offer the option to personalise your cupcakes with piped messages! If you would like to further customise your cupcakes, please contact us.

What areas do you deliver to in London?

We offer delivery across London and within the M25. Simply provide your delivery address in the checkout and you’ll see if we can deliver to you.

If you’re not covered by our delivery area, don’t worry, collection is available from our Wandsworth bakery or Soho shop.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

Our standard delivery window is 9am-5pm, however you can upgrade to a pre-midday delivery if you require your order to arrive early.

Can you provide cupcakes for corporate events?

Yes, from company logos to themed designs, we can create corporate cupcakes that will impress your clients and colleagues. Get in touch with us to discuss your corporate event requirements.

What sizes are available for your cupcakes?

Our cupcakes are available in standard Cupcake size of around 2.5" (we call them 'Big') or mini size ('Mini') which is about 1.5".

Are your cupcakes suitable for people with allergies?

All our bakes are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, milk, eggs, soya, sesame, nuts, sulphites, and products from factories that handle peanuts. We cannot guarantee our bakes are free from these allergens.

How should I store my cupcakes?

Cupcakes will stay fresh for about 2 days stored in their box at room temperature. If possible they will do best kept in tupperware or a shrink-wrapped box.

We do not recommend storing our cupcakes in the fridge as it can dry them out.

Do you offer Vegan Cupcakes?

Yes we have a range of plant based cupcakes available which you can see online here. Please contact us for more details or if you have any questions about vegan options.

Can you provide cupcakes for corporate events?
